From 1st of Dec 1989, I was full time developing the EXPIRA^TM trademark for training / consulting services in the Deming System of Profound Knowledge and 14 Points and most of the Lean 6-Sigma tools and methods in Scandinavia in Swedish, Finnish, and English. Lean 6-Sigma became the name for the Japanese Toyota and JIT Production Methods in combination with their applied statistics and team methods, Six Sigma. I had previously visited Japan in 1982 and 1984 and applied that new knowledge very successfully as the Product and Technical Manager of Ericsson Vehicle Electronics (now Stoneridge Electronics) and Electronic Packaging Specialist for the rapidly growing Ericsson Mobile Base Station Design and Production, see my CV. Our market demand of mobile speech channels had an amazing growth 10-fold every year the first 10 years, from start in 1981 to 1991.
